Nice tomatoes! They are one of the few consolations for the end of summer. I love getting grape or cherry tomatoes, cutting them in half, drizzle them with olive oil, a little salt, fresh oregano and basil, and put them in the oven at 225 degrees for hours until they are mostly dehydrated and chewy. Oh man. Buy twice as many as you think and they’ll still be gone really quickly. There are hundreds of recipes with tomato in the title on ReciFoto, and it was really hard to choose what to include. I went for variety and with my usual bias toward old and/or handwritten recipes, with a side of ones with names that caught my attention!
